Return or refund policy
- You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- You may cancel any "Made-to-order" item(s) only within 24 Hours from the placement of order.
- In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund (after deduction of courier charges) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
- We may also cancel your order in the following cases:
- In case of Cash on Delivery, we might verify or seek more information from you before accepting COD order. We will contact you within 48 hours of placing the order. If you are not reachable at the contact number provided by you upon reasonable attempts, we may cancel your order.
- We do ensure that orders are accepted only in accordance with the requirement of Buyer as well as with the inventory reflected by Sellers. However, there may be instances or for some other unavoidable reasons, it may not be possible for Seller to execute the order as per specifications or to make the product available for delivery within the promised timelines, we reserve the right to cancel the order in such instances.
- Your order can be cancelled due to Fraud, Breach of any User Terms & Conditions, etc.
- In the event if any Order is cancelled we shall intimate the same to you at the earliest opportunity and except in the cases of Fraud Etc., we shall ensure the refund as per the process mentioned herein.
- You understand and agree that in any such event where an order is cancelled by us, we shall not have any other liability, on any account whatsoever, except for the refund of payment made by you.
- You can raise your cancellation request by contacting email (firstname.lastname@example.org) subject to cancellation policy.
- Once your cancellation request is successfully completed, we would initiate the refund.
Return or refund policy
- Buyer protection policy wherein you can return the product for damage/defect only via selfreturns.
- Return Pick Up facility is not available.
- Please refer to the return and refund policy (or a policy or statement of a similar nature) of the sellers on the Website.
- If a seller does not have a return or refunds policy, then the seller is expected to comply with the following return or refund policy:
- The customer must initiate a return request within 7 days from delivery on our mail id email@example.com only if a product or produce does not substantially confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified by the seller.
- At the time of filing the compliant requisition by mail or in return/refund request form, please provide details of the issue with the produce/product. Try to add photos of the issues/defects/damages etc.
- Our team will validate your return/refund request before approval of the return/refund within 5 working days.
- After getting clearance by our team, the customer should courier the item back to the address provided by us for this purpose within 7days from return approval day. Kindly preserve the courier receipt. If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, certificates, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Upon receiving the item, the seller shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
- If the seller determines that the complaint is valid and genuine then the entire product or produce or a part thereof, depending on the extent of the non-compliance with the description, quantity and quality will be replaced/refunded as per customer’s request.
- Refund will be initiated with 5 working days after verification by the seller.
- Refund will also include standard courier charge that was borne by the customer. The customer should send the scanned copy of the courier invoice.
- Replacement will be at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- If product/produce passes quality check, we will initiate the refund. Mode of refund is as below:

- You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account when paid through cash on delivery:
- The Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holder's Name
- Bank Branch
- Bank Name
- If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through a demand draft/cheque/wallet as per customer’s choice.
- Exemptions to replace or provide a refund for: (There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns)
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Any item which has been used;
- Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Products with tampering.
- Made-to-order / custom jewelry.
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the seller’s warranty (if any);
- Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
- Clothes and footwear that are used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way;
- Items for which original tags and packaging is not intact;
- Items that come in branded packaging and the box is damaged or unavailable.
